Return Eligibility

You may return products purchased from vlaxyronzlo.world under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
All components, instructions, and accessories must be included
Items must not show signs of use or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened paint containers, finishes, or sealers
Used brushes, sandpaper, or consumable supplies
Custom or personalized project kits
Items marked as final sale
Digital products or downloadable guides

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email or call us to notify us of your return. Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Step 2: Package Items Securely

Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include the return authorization number inside the package. Ensure items are protected during transit.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send the package to our workshop address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Please provide:

Photos of the damage or defect
Photos of the packaging
Your order number and description of the issue

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Consumer Guarantees

This Return Policy operates in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
